The pastor, possessing the spiritual maturity described in 1 Timothy 3, will primarily work with the 30\u201345 year old age group, consisting mainly of couples and families with children.<\/p><p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong> <br \/>1. Commitment to the evangelical faith and practice of SWCBC. <br \/>2. Must be a servant leader with proven team-building skills and motivation. <br \/>3. Must have at least five years of active pastoral or church leadership ministry experience, preferably in the context of North America. <br \/>4. Must have a track record of leading discipleship for individuals and groups. <br \/>5. A passion for church evangelism, focusing on outreach to Cantonese-speaking young couples and families. <br \/>6. The preferred applicant should be married and demonstrate an exemplary family life. <br \/>7. Experience in Marriage Ministries is a plus. <br \/>8. Holder of a Master of Divinity degree or equivalent. <br \/>9. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.<\/p><p>This position reports to the Senior Pastor.
